I noticed a counterfeit Sony Microvault being sold on ebay today by irena-ebai I sent the seller a question and pointed out that Sony do not make a 64GB microvault flash drive. This is the reply I got:
“i ame not selin a sony a ame selin a 64gb usb”
The packaging clearly shows Sony and microvault – so how can the seller say that? This suggests that the seller knows it is a counterfeit flash drive that will have a fake capacity (probably a 2GB or 4GB drive that has been fraudulently programmed to appear to the computer’s operating system as 64GB.
