UK ebay seller ignores warnings that item is probably fake

Ebay seller losengain was warned that this item was likely to be a couterfeit and fake capacity item. The seller was advised to check with Kingston. Instead of following this advice the seller seems to have simply looked at the properties shown in the operating system. The operating system is easily fooled. We are not. The seller added the following after the warnining message sent by an ebay member:

Please Note
I had many emails saying that there are fake usb sticks selling around on ebay, hence I have opened the item to check whether it has 64GB on it. The item is genuine and it has got 64GB space.
We don’t think so!!
