Another suspect ebay seller in Hong Kong with fake flash memory?

with one comment

Hong Kong based ebay seller ediscount88 looks a little suspect to us. Feedback suggests this seller has sold fake MP players in the past but none are currently listed for sale. However the 16GB flash drives shown below are currently on sale. So far there are no negative comments about these, however one buyer who left a positive comment said that a refund was given, which adds to our suspicion that these will turn out to be fake capacity drives.

As always we strongly advise ebayers to test all flash memory with the free program h2testw.

Report in to SOSFakeFlash if your testing confirms you have a false capacity device.

  1. This seller is definitely a fraudster. I purchased two mp3 players from them. They did take them back and replace them but within 3 months these mp3 players were not working and by that time this seller we no longer registered. Sad though because they will just change their user id and sell again. Be careful
