64GB Kingston DT150 on ebay a little too cheap to be genuine

We think the flash drives sold by galaspherisch will prove to be counterfeit and fake capacity. It looks as though this seller, registered in Belgium, may be using dropshipping. Dropshipping is a very dangerous practice when it comes to flash memory as the seller never claps eyes on the item – it is sent directly from the supplier – in this case the supplier seems to be in Thailand. This means the seller cannot test the item or check serial numbers with Kingston to ensure items are genuine.

As usual we strongly advise ebayers to test all flash memory with the free program h2testw.

Report in to SOSFakeFlash if your testing confirms you have a false capacity device.
