Seller in Singapore lists fraudsters’ favourite flash drive on ebay

cool.stuff12053

This flash drive listed on ebay by seller cool.stuff12053 is not cool stuff – it is a dangerous fake which will cause users’ files to be lost or corrupted. The seller may be unaware of this – many ebayers have bought such drives from fraudulent wholesalers.

As usual we strongly advise ebayers to test all flash memory with the free program h2testw.

Report in to SOSFakeFlash if your testing confirms you have a false capacity device.

UPDATE 18TH SEPT 2009

This seller is not currently listing anything for sale – investigation suggests that this may be a founding member of what we have christened the singjapan gang, from before they began singing from the same “made in Japan” hymn sheet!!
