The authors of this blog want to elimnate flash fraud on Ebay

We suspect this 8GB Sandisk SD card on ebay may be fake

Seller caojf1981 (registered in China) has mostly sold clothing until now, but is now listing these SD cards. We have a feeling that the SD cards will prove to be fake capacity. As usual we strongly advise ebayers to test all flash memory with the free program h2testw.

Report in to SOSFakeFlash if your testing confirms you have a false capacity device.

  1. What can I say? This product works perfectly in my Canon FS100 camcorder. No issues with corrupt data (knock on wood) and the write speed is adequate…no delays noticed during camcorder use. Sure, there are cheaper SDHC cards out there but I have used Sandisk in the past and have never had a problem with them.
