This 64GB flash drive on ebay is counterfeit and fake capacity

This flash drive listed by leoiek, a seller based in China, is not made by Sony and it is not 64GB.

This flash drive is counterfeit and fake capacity. This seller has a range of 64GB flash drives and we don’t think any of them will genuinely have a capacity of 64GB.

As usual we strongly advise ebayers to test all flash memory with the free program h2testw.

Report in to SOSFakeFlash if your testing confirms you have a false capacity device.

UPDATE 20/10/09
errtgiojsdhf09_smileIt appears that none of those who bought from this patently fraudulent seller have realised they got a fake. We even saw the positive feedback comment “all good. i recommend” for the flash drive shown on the left.

This was sold as having 120GB capacity. No flash drive is 120GB – only hard drives come in this capacity! The closest flash drive capacity is 128GB and you can’t buy them for $60!!
