Suspected ebay fraudster in Hong Kong changes ebay ID

power_shop788

It seems that seller ishop788 who we reported here as a suspect seller on June 1st 2009 has since changed ID to power_shop788. We wonder if this is in the hopes that buyers will not join the dots and realise this seller is suspected of selling fake flash memory items.

ishop788All the drives shown above and the one on the right have negative comments suggesting that they are fake capacity.

However, no Internet alert has yet been issued by the frankenflash project because buyers did not report in with details of their purchase and test results.

As usual we strongly advise ebayers to test all flash memory with the free program h2testw.

Report in to SOSFakeFlash if your testing confirms you have a false capacity device.
