A fraudulent ebay seller from China with a bit of a nerve!

new-888As well as selling supposedly 32GB and 64GB USB flash drives at prices below what genuine ones could possibly be sold for cheeky fraudster new-888 has also advertised the model above and the one on the left at a fantastic fake capacity of 265GB.

This cheeky gremlin has conned a buyer out of $95 for the one on the left (sold as 256GB) and $69 for one of the type shown above, sold as 128GB. The big question is will the buyers test the merchandise and find out the truth or will new-888 get away with it?

As usual we strongly advise ebayers to test all flash memory with the free program h2testw.
