ayhanbasel Seller ayhanbasel says this 32GB flash drive was an unwanted gift purchased for a nephew. The picture does not match the description but we think it will turn out to be a fake anyhow.

106shakes

Seller 106shakes seems to be another ebayer in Australia who has been shopping in fake flash land. We think it highly unlikely that these 128GB Kingston DataTraveler USB flash drives are genuine. If they are genuine then the serial numbers can be verified with Kingston.

This seller later listed a 265B Kingston USB flash drive which is certainly fake and will corrupt files – there is only one 265GB USB flash drive and it looks nothing like the one listed by 106shakes!

yangzhangxu88This model of 16GB USB flash drive listed by Hong Kong seller yangzhangxu88 is without doubt fake. Any flash drive in this packaging tested by the fightflashfraud team proved to have a fake capacity.

Fake capacity flash drives trash users’ files once the true capacity is exceeded. We think all flash memory items from this seller will be fake.

aussie-etrader

We think it is highly unlikely that these 128GB Kingston DataTraveler 200 USB flash drives (listed on ebay Australia by aussie-etrader in auctions with a $0.99 start price) will be genuine. We think they were purchased from one of the many fraudulent wholesalers and will turn out to be counterfeit and fake capacity. The seller should check serial numbers with Kingston – if genuine then Kingston will be able to verify this.
