UK ebay seller offers bulk lot of fake Kingston USB flash drives

kingcantona

The Kingston flash drives in ebay listing no 260506394163 are without doubt counterfeit and fake capacity. We suspect the seller using the ID kingcantona may be aware of this and that this may be the reason for the bulk sale rather than listing them individually. If they were genuine serial numbers could be verified with Kingston but we are certain they won’t verify these.

We advise everyone who buys flash memory items to test them with the free program h2testw irrespective of where they were purchased – otherwise you run the risk of data loss and corruption.

Report in to SOSFakeFlash if testing confirms you have purchased fake capacity flash memory on ebay.
