We wouldn’t give this UK ebay seller top rating!!

Ebay may give UK seller ijtdirectltd top rated seller status but we certainly wouldn’t!! Buyer feedback indicates that all the items shown above were either fake or faulty. We first quetioned whether memory cards from this seller might be fake back at the beginning of September – since then there has been a lot more negative and neutral feedback.

This feedback not only suggests that flash memory items (memory cards and flash drives) may either be fake or faulty (causing data loss) but that the seller’s claims about fast dispatch are not lived up to and that the seller lists items when they are out of stock. It also seems that the seller is sometimes less than responsive to buyer complaints.

We think it is very unwise to buy memory cards, media players and USB flash drives on ebay – there are very few (if any) reliable sellers with genuine items who list on a regular basis. The fact that ebay gives a seller top rated status just seems to mean the seller rakes in profit for them – not that the seller will give you good service!

Several notorious fraudsters in China have top rated seller status!!

As usual we strongly advise ebayers to test all flash memory with the free program h2testw.

Report in to SOSFakeFlash if your testing confirms you have a false capacity device.
