What exactly is this ebayer in the Phillipines selling here?

The description in this listing by yyz609 says the flash drive is leather but the picture shows a DataTraveler 150 – so which is the seller actually offering? It’s not only the picture and description that don’t match – the price and the capacity of the drive don’t match either. Whatever buyers actually receive from this seller we’d stake a very large bet on it being a fake that corrupts files!
