Another obvious fake 128GB Kingston USB flash drive on ebay

This picture (provided in ebay listing number 280458108443 by seller maknjuk23, registered in Latvia) does not show a genuine 128GB Kingston USB flash drive. This is a fake USB flash drive that corrupts files.

We have no idea whether this seller realises it is a fake or not – unfortunately there are so many people selling fake flash memory items on ebay that there is not a snowball’s chance in hell of us contacting them all and getting them to check their items.

There is even less chance we can contact all of the thousands of people who bought fake flash memory items on ebay.

However, if you are a victim of flash fraud you can do a good deed and contact sellers you notice with suspect looking items and at least some of the people who bought the same item as you!

We advise everyone who buys flash memory items to test them with the free program h2testw irrespective of where they were purchased – otherwise you run the risk of data loss and corruption.

Report your fake if testing confirms you have purchased fake capacity flash memory on ebay.
