32GB Sandisk USB flash drives on ebay UK seem a little cheap

leave a comment »

These 32GB Sandisk flash drives on ebay UK seem a little on the cheap side given that the price of flash memory has been rising over the last few months. We hope seller woolieback has not fallen into the trap of buying from one of the fraudulent wholesale outlets that supply counterfeit and fake capacity items.

We advise everyone who buys flash memory items to test them with the free program h2testw irrespective of where they were purchased – otherwise you run the risk of data loss and corruption.

Report your fake if testing confirms you have purchased fake capacity flash memory on ebay.

Yet another ebay listing for fake flash from fraud gang in Singapore

The ebay listing above by bestzbuyz2010 is yet another from a fraud gang based in Singapore which determinedly continues to use new IDs to defraud ebay members by selling fake capacity USB flash drives that corrupt files. We strongly advise all ebay members to avoid any USB flash drive that looks like this – every USB flash drive of this type that we tested was a fake capacity item that corrupts files.

Fake 32GB Transcend USB flash drive for sale on ebay Canada

This USB flash drive was not made by Transcend and does not have a capacity of 32GB – it is a fake flash drive that corrupts files because the capacity reported to the operating system is false. The use of a private listing makes us wonder if seller stefkar1967 is aware it is fake.

This USB flash drive on ebay is so hot it will melt your files away!

There is no such thing as a 500GB Sony Microvault USB flash drive. This flash drive listed by digitalbridgegroupllc (registered on ebay USA) is counterfeit, fake capacity, and it corrupts files. No one makes this capacity of flash drive – 500GB is a capacity only used for hard drives.

Sony do not make any flash drives above 32GB capacity. If you see an item like this advertised anywhere you can be sure it is a fake that trashes files. Many thanks to dee for alerting us to this seller.
