Is UK ebay seller 09shameer a deliberate fake flash fraudster?

with 2 comments

On March the 9th we posted about the Sony Vaio flash drives listed by UK Seller 09shameer on ebay. There is no such thing as a Sony Vaio flash drive. We see this seller is still listing these fakes. We now suspect that rather than being a victim of a fraudulent supplier (as can be the case) that this may well be a case of deliberate fraud by this seller. The clues are in the feedback for 09shameer – we leave you to figure out why we are suspicious:

We advise everyone who buys flash memory items to test them with the free program h2testw irrespective of where they were purchased – otherwise you run the risk of data loss and corruption.

Report your fake if testing confirms you have purchased fake capacity flash memory on ebay.

  1. Hi Micro,
The point here was apparent doppleganger IDs – usually a sure fire sign of deliberate fraud.

  2. You obviously intentionally missed out the feedback as a buyer, that shows an interesting purchase of 10X 32GB flash drives, the familiar metal flip ones, the No2 fraudsters friend, so expect more sales from this feedback fiddling seller with a dopple ganger account also in London that has been selling nokia phones brought from a prepay shop, the exact same shop that one of his regular buyers has also purchased from…
I won’t bother to dig deeper, I know what I will find!!
