Fighting flash fraud on Ebay

The authors of this blog want to elimnate flash fraud on Ebay

UK seller telboy1966 lists fake flash drives on ebay (again!)

This USB flash drive listed by telboy1966 on ebay UK is fake capacity and corrupts files. This is not the first time that this seller has listed fake flash – we posted about this seller back in December 2009 and are amazed to see that this ebayer’s feedback score is still 100%

We advise everyone who buys flash memory items to test them with the free program h2testw irrespective of where they were purchased – otherwise you run the risk of data loss and corruption.

Report your fake if testing confirms you have purchased fake capacity flash memory on ebay.

  1. There are no derogatory comments, merely a statement of fact.

  2. Why not confront me, or talk to me about this before posting such comments? Firstly, I have 100% feedback on ebay because im a genuine, honest ebay who is trying to make a few quid on Ebay, in an HONEST way. I was extremely naive when purchasing these drives, i actually got ripped off to the tune of around £1,400 for these. The reason I still have my ebay record in tact, is because it soon became apparent that these were not working correctly, and EVERYONE who bought one from me got a FULL refund. Have a look through my record, you’ll see i havent sold any for a significant time. The author of the derogatory comments posted on here is just a chicken shit who aint got the balls to confront me about it to find out the facts before posting a pile of crap.
