If this 128GB Kingston DataTraveler USB flash drive sold on ebay by mariosilversell is genuine this seller made a big loss on the sale. We doubt that it is genuine though. If it is then the serial number can be verified with Kingston – but we consider this unlikely. We have a feeling that this will turn out to be a counterfeit and fake capacity USB flash drive that corrupts files.

We think this 128GB Kingston DataTraveler 200 USB flash drive sold on ebay by jmvtec67 is counterfeit and fake capacity, which corrupts files. It seems likely that this ebayer bought them from a fraudulent supplier in China – if we are wrong then this seller made a huge loss on the two sold to date.

UPDATE 26/06/2010
Strangely seller jmvtec67 has had no feedback for either the item in this ebay listing (item number 270575451666) to date, or for the previous two sales, yet feedback for other listings for fake DT200 drives since then has been left quickly and all is positive. If the flash drives were genuine the seller would be well out of pocket by now, so they simply have to be fakes. All very suspicious in our book!!
