We think ebayer suzyduke67 bought the Kingston DatatTraveler USB flash drives that are being auctioned on ebay from a fraudulent supplier. If we are right then this USB flash drive is counterfeit, fake capacity and corrupts files.

We advise everyone who buys flash memory items to test them with the free program h2testw irrespective of where they were purchased – otherwise you run the risk of data loss and corruption.

128GB Kingston USB flash drives from ebayer ssid2008 probably fake

We are fairly certain that the 128GB Kingston DataTraveler 200 USB flash drives listed on ebay by ssid2008 are counterfeit and fake capacity. We think this ebay seller is yet another who bought from a fraudulent wholesale outlet. If we are right (and we are pretty sure we are) then this USB flash drive corrupts files. In the unlikely event that we are wrong, buyers will be able to verify serial numbers with Kingston.

ebayer saka2236 suspended by ebay for selling fake flash drives

Seller saka2236 (registered in Japan) has apparently been suspended by ebay for selling fake flash memory. If you bought from this seller your item will have vanished from your won list. Seller saka2236 listed the obvious fake 128GB flash drive shown on the left – a Kingston model that was never made in 128GB capacity. This seller no doubt bought these from a fraudulent supplier.

It looks as though the 128GB Kingston DataTraveler 200 USB flash drives listed on ebay by keeganipat (registered in the Phillipines) are being dropshipped by a supplier in Hong Kong. We are pretty certain they will turn out to be counterfeit and fake capacity. A fake capacity USB flash drive corrupts files.

This 64GB USB flash drive is certain to be counterfeit and fake capacity, which corrupts files. Sony does not offer any 64GB USB flash drives so ebayer premium.products.jbr obviously bought from a fraudulent supplier.

If this flash drive is genuine then ebay seller loopavtw21 made a massive loss on the sale. However we suspect it will turn out to be a counterfeit and fake capacity USB flash drive which corrupts files.
