Fighting flash fraud on Ebay

The authors of this blog want to elimnate flash fraud on Ebay

fastflashstore sells bulk lots of fake 32GB memory cards on ebay

We have suspected for a long time that fastflashstore was a fraudulent seller on ebay. This seller has now advertised bulk lots of 32GB memory cards on ebay that simply have to be fake capacity – at this buy it now price they simply couldn’t be anything else. A fake capacity flash memory item always corrupts files.

We have had a number of comments about computer memory (ram modules) from this seller being faulty and the lack of response to complaints. We wouldn’t touch any memory item from this ebay seller with a bargepole!! The use of private listings for such items is very suspicious – usually this is an indicator of deliberate fraud.

We advise everyone who buys flash memory items to test them with the free program h2testw irrespective of where they were purchased – otherwise you run the risk of data loss and corruption.

Report your fake if testing confirms you have purchased fake capacity flash memory on ebay.

  4. I bought a 16 flashcard from them and never received the card. The tracking number they provide showed the card was deliver excepted I never received the package. I don’t know how the package get lost, I try to negotiate with them for a partial compensation but it seems they didn’t care about it. If anyone experience this situation, please let me know.
