fake 128GB Sony Vaio flash drives sold on ebay by 2010fjkpkl1201

leave a comment »

Seller 2010fjkpkl1201 is yet another ebay fake flash fraudster. This seller offers a flash drive invented by by fraudsters in China – the Sony Vaio. Sony do not use the Vaio name for flash drives, only for laptops/notebooks. Any flash drive you see associated with the Sony Vaio name is a fake capacity counterfeit that corrupts files.

The flash drives in this listing supposedly have a whopping 128GB capacity – a tiny 128 megabytes is a lot more likely! We wonder how daft ebayers are that they think they can buy a 128GB flash drive from China on ebay for EUR 13.88 when an 8GB flash drive would cost them this much anywhere else!

We advise everyone who buys flash memory items to test them with the free program h2testw irrespective of where they were purchased – otherwise you run the risk of data loss and corruption.

Is Sony Vaio leather and metal flash drive sold on ebay fake?

leave a comment »

We have noticed that people have been searching the Internet for the answer to the question:

Is Sony Vaio leather and metal/steel flash drive fake?

The answer is a resounding yes!! The leather and metal or leather and steel model is notorious for being fake capacity and corrupting files anyway and there is no such thing as a genuine Sony Vaio flash drive! They were invented by fraudsters in China!! So if you see a leather and metal / leather and steel flash drive or a Sony Vaio flash drive (or a leather and steel Sony Vaio flash drive) you can be sure it is a fake that corrupts files!!

ebay alert: dropshipped flash drive from danadharma sure to be fake

leave a comment »

As ebay seller danadharma (registered in Indonesia) has been selling a guide to dropshipping and gives the location of the 128GB Kingston DataTraveler 200 flash drive in this listing as Hong Kong we are brought to the inevitable conclusion that this flash drive is being dropshipped from Hong Kong.

When an ebay seller has a dropshipping arrangement with a supplier the item is sent directly by the supplier and the seller never claps eyes on it. Where the item is any type of flash memory and the supplier is in the far east (Hong Kong for instance) it is almost certain that the item is fake.

We are certain that this USB flash drive is a fake capacity counterfeit that corrupts files. Wise sellers do not take the risk of entering into such arrangements as their reputation is likely to go straight down the toilet when buyers start complaining.

We advise everyone who buys flash memory items to test them with the free program h2testw irrespective of where they were purchased – otherwise you run the risk of data loss and corruption.
