if 256GB Kingston DT310 is genuine avahollyliam risks making loss

leave a comment »

If the 256GB Kingston DataTraveler 310 flash drive in this ebay auction from avahollyliam is genuine then the seller is likely to make a loss on the sale. The buyer can check whether or not it is genuine by attempting to verify the serial number with Kingston. If Kingston cannot verify the serial number then this USB flash drive is a fake capacity counterfeit that corrupts files.

32GB Kingston DT200 flash drives from ebayer derigdon

The 32GB Kingston DataTraveler 200 flash drives from ebay seller derigdon seem a little too cheap to us which makes us wonder whether this is yet another ebayer who fell into the the trap of buying from one of the fraudulent wholesale outlets selling fake capacity counterfeits. Buyers can check whether these are genuine or not by verifying the serial number with Kingston. If Kingston cannot verify the serial number then the flash drive is a fake capacity counterfeit that corrupts files.

If you bought a 256GB Kingston DataTraveler 310 USB flash drive auctioned by maboelreesh on ebay then it looks as thought you got yourself a fake capacity counterfeit that corrupts files. If your Kingston flash drive is genuine (and if you bought from this seller we’re sure it isn’t) then you can confirm this by verifying the serial number with Kingston. We don’t think for a moment that Kingston will verify flash drives from maboelreesh.

256GB DT310 flash drives in ebay auctions from rugbybugs

We think it unlikely that the 256GB Kingston DataTraveler 310 flash drives being auctioned on ebay by rugbybugs are genuine. In the unlikely event that they are genuine buyers will be able to verify the serial number of their flash drive with Kingston. If the serial number cannot be verified by Kingston the flash drive is a fake capacity counterfeit that corrupts files.

parisloralee and goreds2011 auction DT310 flash drives on ebay

There seems to be a remarkable similarity between the ebay auction above from parisloralee (Member since 04-Apr-10 in Australia) and the one below from goreds2011 (Member since 12-May-10 in Australia) – looks like the photos were taken in the exact same spot, for one thing!

Is this just co-incidence or are the two listings actually from the same person? We think they are one and the same as the only feedback for goreds2011 comes from guess who?

You got it – the two effusive feedback comments for goreds2011 come from none other than parisloralee!!

Buyers can check whether or not a Kingston DT310 flash drive is genuine by verifying the serial number with Kingston. If the serial number cannot be verified then the USB flash drive is a fake capacity counterfeit that corrupts files. Somehow, we don’t think for a second that Kingston will be verifying either of these as genuine!!
