The USB flash drives in this ebay listing from weiyeguoji2010 are certain to be fake capacity, which corrupts files. This fake flash seller pretends in this listing that the flash drives are in Florida, United States – they are not! The location given by weiyeguoji2010 is as fake as the seller’s flash drives which are (surprise, surprise!) with the seller in China.

16GB flash drives from ebayer e-sentialsltd seem a bit too cheap

The 16GB flash drives in this ebay listing from e-sentialsltd seem a little too cheap to us which makes us wonder if this is yet another ebay seller who bought fake capacity flash drives from a fraudulent supplier. There are a lot of fraudulent wholesale outlets in China selling fake capacity flash memory that corrupts files and a lot of ebay sellers make the mistake of buying from these fraudulent suppliers.

This seller also has a listing for suspect 32GB flash drives – we have come across a number of fakes in the packaging shown and the flash drive seems to have one of the little shiny capacity stickers we have only ever seen on fakes.

We advise everyone who buys flash memory items to test them with the free program h2testw irrespective of where they were purchased – otherwise you run the risk of data loss and corruption.

ebayer joseph634 may not know what’s wrong with flash drives but we do!

Seller joseph634 may not know what is wrong with the 64GB Kingston DataTraveler USB flash drives in this ebay listing but we certainly do. They are fake capacity counterfeits which the seller obviously bought from a fraudulent supplier in China. Anyone using one of these will find that the USB flash drive corrupts files after a while because they are programmed to display a false capacity and once the real capacity is full data loss starts to occur.

We advise everyone who buys flash memory items to test them with the free program h2testw irrespective of where they were purchased – otherwise you run the risk of data loss and corruption.
