The 64GB Kingston DataTraveler 150 flash drive in the listing above is a fake capacity counterfeit that corrupts files. Seller diy-paper has also listed Sony Vaio flash drives (all Sony Vaio flash drives are fakes that corrupt files) and MP players that will trash your music and video. Do not buy from this seller if you value your data as you will soon find that you start to lose it.

The 256GB Kingston DataTraveler 310 flash drives in the ebay listing below from 2010happy2010 are too cheap to be anything other than fake capacity counterfeits. Anyone who buys one of these will find it corrupts their files after a while. the same applies to the 128GB Kingston DataTraveler 200 flash drives, Sandisk SD memory cards, Sony Pro Duo memory cards and any other flash memory item from this seller – all of them will trash users’ files.

Our third ebay fraudster has really got fake flash all taped up! Seller lhfsale has listings for just about every counterfeit flash drive and memory card in the book as well as plenty of generic fake flash, including the notorious leather and steel type of flash drive. Our thanks to AlvaroG for the tip-off about fake flash fraudster lhfsale:

We advise everyone who buys flash memory items to test them with the free program h2testw irrespective of where they were purchased – otherwise you run the risk of data loss and corruption.

Report your fake if testing confirms you have purchased fake capacity flash memory on ebay.
