counterfeit 256GB Kingston DT300 from ebayer cncgallery

The 256GB Kingston DataTraveler 300 USB flash drives being sold on ebay by cncgallery are too cheap to be anything other than fake capacity counterfeits which corrupt files. This seller obviously made the mistake of buying from one of the fraudulent wholesale outlets in China.

If you plan to sell Kingston flash drives then approach Kingston themselves for advice. Do not buy from the wholesale outlets in China that you find on sites like alibaba, aliexpress, dhgate and so on – these are stuffed full of fakes.

If you sell counterfeit flash memory items on ebay you are breaking the law – so not only are you likely to have your ebay account suspended but you could face a criminal prosecution in court and a prison sentence.

We advise everyone who buys flash memory items to test them with the free program h2testw irrespective of where they were purchased – otherwise you run the risk of data loss and corruption.

Report your fake if testing confirms you have purchased fake capacity flash memory on ebay.
