If this item on ebay Australia is genuine why is listing private??

If 16361636peter is so convinced that this flash drive in ebay listing numbers 160412812177, 160412810640, 160412811745 and 160412812490 is genuine then why use private listings?

In the listing the seller tells us to “Be amazed, be very amazed.” We would be if it was genuine!! We have no doubt whatever that this flash drive will turn out to be fake capacity – and a fake capacity flash drive corrupts files. The reason we are certain it is fake? The drive is marked as being 120GB and no genuine USB flash drive is marked as that capacity.

We advise everyone who buys flash memory items to test them with the free program h2testw irrespective of where they were purchased – otherwise you run the risk of data loss and corruption.

Report your fake if testing confirms you have purchased fake capacity flash memory on ebay.

We first reported on ebay seller leoiek (based in China) on the 9th of September. Although this seller’s flash drives were obvious fakes very few ebayers left negative comments about this seller. Either they did not yet discover that this seller’s fake flash drives corrupt files or they fell for bribes from the seller.

There is no such thing as a 120GB USB flash drive – this flash drive sold by leijun666888 is not made by Sony and is not 120GB – it is a fake that will corrupt users’ files.

We advise everyone who buys flash memory items to test them with the free program h2testw irrespective of where they were purchased – otherwise you run the risk of data loss and corruption.

We think these 16GB USB flash drives on ebay USA are fake

stealdeal213We think the 16GB flash drives listed on ebay by stealdeal213 will prove to be fakes that trash users’ files. The seller may be unaware that there could be a problem with these.

They no doubt came from a fraudulent wholesaler – we are sure of this because stealdeal213 listed an obvious fake 120GB (which seems to be the same model) in very familiar packaging.

As there is no such thing as a 120GB USB flash drive there is absolutely no doubt about it being fake.

We advise everyone who buys flash memory items to test them with the free program h2testw irrespective of where they were purchased – otherwise you run the risk of data loss and corruption.
